First Month on My Own
It’s been a long time since I’ve written in my journal. Weeks have passed and it feels like months. Time has flown by and so much has happened in the last few weeks that I can’t even begin to put it into words.
But here goes nothing, anyway.
It all started on my first month on my own. I was so nervous, but also so excited. I was finally free from mom and dad’s supervision! They’d been bugging me non-stop to move out for years, but I never could find the courage until now. Turns out they were just waiting for the right moment.
